For the last few days I have feasted upon nothing but mangoes,
strawberries, broccolli, cauliflower, sweet chilli sauce, tomatoes, and a
nice big steak once every three days.
Right now I am having a grapefruit for breakfast, lucky me =D
For the past 6 weeks I have ridden an average of 22km on my push-bike, and
do weights (10kg dumbbells) for an hour or so every day.
I am STILL pretty heavily-built (read: fat, but not obese) and still weigh
in at 120kg.
EDIT: I have weighed that much for the last 6 years, regardless of how much
I eat or excersize. This works both ways; I don't really put on weight
either.
What the hells, man?

Thing is, I've weighed 120kg since about grade 10, a good 6 years
ago. I did no excersize then. Just stayed approximate the same weight
and shape for the last six freakin' years, no matter how much
chocolate I eat or how much excersize I do. Just one of those
things.
120kg..keep up the good work with cycling and long walks..and the most
important thing.eating the right food.buy a book bout asian food..almost no
fat food..im into that now..not cuz im having probs..i just like the food
:)
i rode 5km in 20 mins every day for 3.5 weeks, and ate healther. lost 12kg
in that time. stopped after being fined $150 for not wearing a helmet. fuck
tha police.
You want to know how to get in shape seriously. Get a copy of Men's
Health mag and READ IT. I'm not large (despite my avatar) but
i'm always looking for ways to become a better athlete. You can
continue starving yourself on mangoes and other bullshit or read about how
really fit people get that way. The secret is to eat more often. Wut?
Really, if you snack on a continual basis your body begins to realize that
it doesn't need to store fat bacause there is a steady supply of
nutrients coming in. It also means that you're not as hungry when it
comes to dinner, which is the worst time to eat a large meal. This does not
mean to stuff Ho Hos down your throat every hour, it's good foods like
fruits and nuts and granola, healthy stuff. But make sure to find things
that you like to eat or it will never work. Lastly, every day make a
protein shake in a blender (ie. fruit, milk, oj, peanut butter, protein
whey) and drink it after your workout. Experiment with the ingredients,
there's no wrong way, just what tastes good. Protein is a fat burner
and it also helps repair your muscles for the next workout. Speaking of
workouts, once again, do something that you enjoy. Don't go to the
gym just because you think it will make you look better. Try going on a
hike, swimming, rollerblading, anything that exerts energy and try to
continue getting better at it.
The best part is, the more in shape you get, the more you want to do
because your energy level increases...also your sex drive. Although
b0ggers definitely don't need help there.

I don't particularly WANT to get "in shape".
I'm standard height, medium-heavy build, and a fucking tank. I am
a wall of fucking concrete, and that's how I like it.
I'm the most physically strong of most of my friends, I can keep
up with most people in a sprint, and just thin enough not to get
automatically rejected by the ladies.
I really like my body.
Abd yeah... most of what you said is common knowledge these days.
It's amazing what they teach kids in school now, some of it is
actually useful O.O
Don't expect changes in 6 weeks!! Food: Eat a little bit of
everything, avoiding "sweets" and prefab food. Exercise: Do at
least 20-40 minutes a day. You can do the half in the morning and the other
half by night. If you can follow this regularly, with certainty, in a year
or two you can see the changes and your body can remember it too. G00d

I appreciate your adice, but it doesn't mean squat to me, because
I *easily* do enough exercise to keep me healthy and fit; I just
don't LOOK it is all, but I don't care about that, I LIKE
being the size and shape I am!
