because northern american weed is usually full of dried leaves
and twigs it is usually rolled without tobacco, because the crap
that is in it makes it burn, other countries that do know how to
grow weed usually just use the buds wich if you smoke them in a
paper, it doesn't burn that well, hence the tobacco
spliffs in northern america are usually just considered crappy
n1gger joints, where I live it is a small joint in a cilindrical
form, not a cone
