sometimes when watching the news...
i wonder if hitler
didn't have the right idea after all.
create a genetically engineered master race, and throw everyone else in the
ovens.
this, after all, would solve about 94% of all wars.
but let's remember, hitler was nuts.
after all, stuffing 6 billion people into an oven is no easy task.
and who would pick this master race anyway?
switzerland would remain neutral,
france would accept whatever everyone else came up with,
the EU and UN would argue about it until it was all over with,
...and america would hold an election where...
48% of voters would pick the conservative race
47% would pick the liberal race
5% would pick everything else (goddamn liberatarians)
noone would accept the conservative race because they didn't have a
'mandate', and everything would erupt into a world war, which is
what we were trying to prevent in the first place.
so until we come up with a better idea, the best thing to do is sit back,
crack open a cold one, and enjoy the show.
the actors may change from year to year, but it always ends the same.
