i haven't posted a journal entry in a while, but some of you may know
that i have moved from full-time diesel mechanic to part-time mechanic and
full-time student
i am on winter break, so i get a little free-time to catch up on things.
one of these things is a plumbing problem that has been growing for
years.
i have been patching it up, but sometimes, MacGyverism just isn't
enough.
yes, the wallpaper sucks. it exists in the cabinets only. the rest of the
walls are covered with painted wood paneling and fake plaster bricks.
at any rate, i can't afford a plumber in my current financial state,
so i played plumber for a day.
i don't think i did too bad of a job for a mechanic.
the casualties...
yes, you can see my 20 year old jerry-rigged refrigerator, my cummins piston / ashtray, and a few casualties to my considerable
rum intake.

Wow, a brand NEW Cummins NTA 855 G5 Engine for only 16,500 dollahs.
That's a bargain. I'll take two, please. (Gonna use them as
starter engines for my moped.)
