What is going on in the world? CRazy shit...as always, and its up to us
b0ggers to find it.
Fist, I like to nominate "DON VITO" as pedobear of the week! I
mean...is he really guilty? Look at these gals...they look of age...to get
into a PG-13 movie.
Reality television's Vincent "Don Vito" Margera, uncle of
Viva La Bam MTV show star Bam Margera, was ordered Thursday to stand trial
on felony charges that he groped three girls at a public appearance.
During a preliminary hearing, prosecutors presented evidence - including
statements from the girls and photos from their camera phones - that
Margera, 50, fondled the two 12-year-old girls and the 14-year-old girl,
the district attorney's office said in a statement.
The three girls had gone to the mall skate park to get Margera's
autograph and have their picture taken with him, prosecutor Zach Phillips
said.
Margera was charged with three counts of sexual assault on a child and, if
convicted, could face anywhere from probation to six years in prison. He
could enter a plea when he is arraigned March 5th.

Second, "cry baby" of the week goes to this ho who probably had
it cumming to her. TAMPA - A 21-year-old woman who told police that a man
raped her was jailed for two days after officers helping her found a
warrant accusing her of failing to pay restitution for a 2003 theft
arrest.
A jail worker later refused to give her a second dose of a morning-after
pill to prevent pregnancy because of religious convictions, said Vic Moore,
the college student's attorney. She was released from jail Monday only
after Moore reported her plight to the local media.
''Shocked. Stunned. Outraged. I don't have words to describe
it,'' Moore said Tuesday of his client's arrest and
treatment in jail. ``She is not a victim of any one person. She is a victim
of the system. There's just got to be some humanity involved when
it's a victim of rape.''
Tampa police said Tuesday they were changing their policy to give officers
more discretion on when to arrest a crime victim who has outstanding
warrants.
''Obviously, any policy that allows a sexual battery victim to
spend a night in jail is a flawed policy,'' police spokeswoman
Laura McElroy said. ``So our city attorney is writing a new policy right
now.''
Hillsborough County jail officials didn't immediately return a phone
message seeking comment Tuesday.
The woman is not being named by The Associated Press because she reported
being the victim of a sex crime.
The premed student was in Tampa on Saturday afternoon for Gasparilla, a
pirate-themed parade that draws thousands of revelers to the city's
waterfront each year. She said she was walking alone to her car when a man
pulled her behind a downtown building and raped her, McElroy said.
She reported the rape to police at 3:30 p.m. Responding officers took her
to a rape crisis center, where she was given a medical exam and the first
of two doses of a morning-after pill, McElroy said. The second dose is
supposed to be taken within 24 hours.
She was riding in a patrol car trying to locate the crime scene in the dark
when a police check revealed an outstanding warrant. She was arrested
around 8:50 p.m.
''They stopped the investigation right there,'' Moore
said. ``She was riding in the front of the patrol car. They put her in
handcuffs and put her in the back.''
The warrant stemmed from a 2003 juvenile arrest for grand theft and
burglary. It said she owed $4,585 in restitution.
Bottom line...pay your bills.

Paris is now Sueing the website owners of ParisExposed.com. Can you believe
it? Apparently she is upset they didn't charge a large enough monthly
fee and felt she was worth more. No, just playing...but here is the
story.
Well, you knew it was coming. Paris Hilton has filed a law suit to try and
shut down the website that first posted her personal videos, pictures, and
documents on the Internet, reports CNN. If you ask me the law suit is
purely for show, to try and make the public think that Paris didn't
actually have anything to do with the latest release of her personal sex
tapes onto the Internet, even though everyone already knows that she was
behind the first sex tape that made her famous, so why should we think any
differently now?
In her lawsuit, Hilton said she put her possessions in storage two years
ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been
burglarized.
The 25-year-old heiress said a moving company was supposed to pay the
storage fees and was "shocked and surprised" to learn her
belongings were sold at a public auction.
"I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my
sisters' private personal belongings for commercial gain," Hilton
said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the
information could be used for identity theft or harassment.
The lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the
contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to
entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site ParisExposed.com.
Hilton's publicist Elliot Mintz said that she would like the site shut
down and "would like all of these items returned to her."
So while Paris cries foul, and claims she's worried about
"indentity theft" and "harassment," she's all the
while getting more of the attention she clearly craves. I'm not buying
it. If you're concerned about your privacy, you don't make videos
documenting your rampant drug use, and sexual activities, and you certainly
don't put them in storage and hope someone else takes care of the
bill.
