Yes, I've heard of those, but the problem is that more than
likely the man will become enraged and kill the woman or brutalize her
even further. The better way is to just kill the guy outright.
Oh there is pain, but there will also no doubt be anger.
It's not like a kick to the nuts, where it is
debilitating, rather it just latches onto the penis--which
while very painful, will not make a man a crumpled form.
Plus, generally if a woman is in a situation where she can
be and is being raped, she is not in a good situation to
make a quick exit.
