I got access to a Windows machine with IE on and applied a fix to get the
popup in the right place. It should now work in all the latest generation
browsers.
I also made some changes to the CSS file (due to IEs crappy implementation
of it) so it should now look a bit more pretty for everyone! A close
button has been added.
I am debating whether to change the rating button to two buttons: one + and
one - or to stick with the popup. That'll depend on the feedback.
Apart from that minor change, everything will remain the same.

I like correcting scores, so I don't like the new system too
much. I know this way people vote more, but I like to see what score a
comment has without having to vote for it.
Yeah, I agree with max payne. It's a lot better not being able to see
the ratings till you vote. That way people don't just - you because
it's the trend.
Bah, it made it easier to identify funny comments quickly. People
don't receive ratings unless they actually deserve it, not just
because others voted one way.
at some shops, i already see the rating, but i didnt rate before.
so i see: 4(4) and rate button is gone, so i cant rate at all
happens more often when there already are a lot of rates
im using firefox, newest version.
p.s.: never used the word "rate" that often in one post ;)
