i last time i was in NYC, i bar-crawled from WTC station (ground zero) to the empire state building to central park and ended up having dinner in times square. a well-spent day, and a lot cheaper than i would have expected. Go to Roratunga. That place is the shit. Laid back kiwis, everyone speaks English, its cheap, beautiful, and unpopulated. Or, go to Vancouver BC. Weed is almost completely legal, theres beautiful parks for hiking and mountains for snow everywhere, hostels are cheap and excellent (esp. the Cambie on hastings), just dont go too far east on hastings, as even the cops will stab you there. reply to this comment
